United Arab Emirates (nationwide delivery). For other countries/regions, please contact customer service.

Delivery Time

• Within Dubai: 3–7 business days
• Other Emirates: 5–10 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. For large or bulk orders, please contact our customer service for a shipping quote.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. You can track your shipment status in real-time on the carrier’s official website.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect package integrity upon delivery. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact customer service within 24 hours.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including weather conditions, customs clearance, pandemics, etc. We will proactively notify customers of any significant delays.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided by the customer resulting in failed delivery, the customer is responsible for any redelivery charges.
